This is Phase 1 of a multi-phased development situated on the edge of the Medway River in a prominent location in Rochester, Kent. Now underway and due to complete in late 2021, the scheme involves the conversion and renovation of the St Bartholomew’s Hospital site into 120+ apartments and mews houses, sensitive to the historic nature of the site.

The conversion of the main hospital building to provide 86 residential apartments, will coincide with the renovation of a historic listed ‘Waterworks’ building to provide community space. The later phases of the development will comprise the renovation of the nurses block to provide 26 apartments, the new build construction of a 21 unit apartment block and the creation of a new ‘Mews Quarter’ providing 12 further mews style apartments and houses.
