Healthcare Investor National Framework Agreement
As part of a framework agreement with a major healthcare investor, the Naismiths national building surveying team continue to provide pre-acquisition technical due diligence advice on £multi million deals for hundreds of residential properties across the UK.
Eagle Wharf Redevelopment
The redevelopment of a brownfield site in Hackney to provide a mixed use scheme, consisting of 36 private residential units and approx. 40,000sq. ft of office space.
Naismiths provided expert project management and technical support in defect remediation and dispute resolution matters to conclude a long-running distressed project, which included a successful defence to an Adjudication.
The team worked closely with our legal team to provide clarity, direction and insight across an array of complex technical matters, incrementally de-risking our position and finally concluding in a settlement very much in favour of the client.
