Administrator appointed build out of partially completed development.
> Further to the original developer falling into administration in 2017, we were initially engaged by the appointed administrator to complete a detailed building condition survey and validation of the development and site to ascertain the status and quality of the partially competed scheme.This included specialist installations such as swimming pool and spa complex. Following survey completion, we were appointed to procure and manage the completion and fit-out works of the house, successfully completing in November 2018.
