How does the platform work?

Our intuitive interface allows users to input and track all the key data needed for a property development project. Information is stored in a secure, cloud-based SQL database which allows for clear, standardised reporting and analysis.

The platform uses application programme interfaces, (APIs), to pull in information from external data sources to support your reporting and a cost dataset to allow accurate cost benchmarking.

Our programme allows users to quantify the technical risk associated with a project and draws on historical data from thousands of projects to identify ‘abnormal’ features that may impact cost, risk and programme duration.

The in-built technical library on construction projects enables early-stage advice and cost implications of key design features. Monitor key parties within the supply chain and get updates in real time to help inform where action or support is needed.
