John Reyers Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Cornerstone Group

Cornerstone Group is pleased to announce the appointment of John Reyers as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

John has been working closely with the Group’s Building Consultancy division over recent months, where he has provided leadership and operational support during a key period of development. His move into the COO role reflects both the impact he has already made and the Group’s continued investment in strengthening its senior leadership structure.

As Chief Operating Officer, John will oversee operational performance across the Group’s businesses, Naismiths, Edmond Shipway and N3 Technologies, with a focus on driving consistency, efficiency and collaboration. His responsibilities will include enhancing operational processes, supporting divisional leadership teams, aligning performance management frameworks, and ensuring the effective delivery of the Group’s strategic growth plans.

Kevin Bray will take over the day-to-day leadership of the Project and Building Consultancy division and the London and South East region, with John providing continued support as part of his broader Group remit to ensure a smooth and structured transition over the coming months.

This appointment marks a significant step in the Group’s long-term development strategy, reinforcing its commitment to investing in people, strengthening operational excellence and building a platform for sustainable growth.
