From a Tempest’s Trail to a Murder Mystery: It was a Cornerstone Group Away Day to Remember!

What happens when our Naismiths and Edmond Shipway teams spend the day and evening together? The answer: a whirlwind of strategy, adventure, cocktails… and a little murder!

We kicked off with a Group business meeting before dashing through the streets of Stratford-upon-Avon, for the Tempest’s Trail – cracking riddles, following the clues and wondering (more than once) if we’d gone the right way!

Our base for the adventure was the stunning Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon, the perfect setting for what came next… we shook things up (literally) with a Shakespeare Distillery cocktail masterclass, then swapped our shakers for sleuthing in our black-tie, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Murder Mystery Dinner. Plot twists, shocking reveals and some very questionable acting skills kept us on the edge of our seats through to dessert!

The evening ended on a high with live music from Rouge Entertainment, plenty of dancing and a lot of laughter – the perfect finale to a day where collaboration, creativity and team spirit took centre stage.
