Over the last year or so I have been working with David Hale of Naismiths on a residential development – he has provided cost report advice as well as acting as the monitoring surveyor on behalf of the bank.
It has been a refreshing change to work with someone who, despite being on the opposite side, actually understands development and all the various elements. I have found David to be extremely thorough and diligent in the way he has monitored the scheme and has always acted promptly when producing funder and payment reports. I will be looking to work on future schemes with this funder and so recommend David and Naismiths for these reasons.
