Stefen Oehl

I have over 20 years’ post qualification experience covering all areas of building surveying all of which has been gained working in private practice across a range of small, medium and large practices. My experience includes project management and dilapidations along with all other aspects of building surveying; I have worked across all service sectors and acted on behalf of a wide range of investment funds, private individuals, government departments, landlords and occupiers. Outside of work, I am a family man and a keen watcher of all sports. When time allows, I like to get out on the golf course and often dream about getting back out on the water to do some sailing (difficult when you are based in Birmingham).
