Michelle Heaselgrave

With over 30 years of experience, I lead HR development across the Cornerstone Group as director of people and talent. My background is in working with fast-growth businesses, in split strategic and operational people management roles, enabling organisational growth and transformation.

Prior to joining the group, I spent seven years as head of people & talent for Mercia Asset Management PLC, building its people and talent function to take it from 50 to 150 people. Outside of work, I have a passion for DIY and love spending time with my dog, Nelly.
