Michael Fleming MBA, BA (Hons), MRICS, ACIB

Michael started his career in an area office of Midland Bank (now HSBC).  He perfected securities for advances and prepared Credit Papers for lending to middle market contractors and property developers.  He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

He was approached to move to the consulting side, and since 1999 he has provided Fund Monitoring services solely to funders.  The majority of his projects were in the UK with costs from £5m to £1.3bn.  Over a span of 12 years he has also provided these services (including in country visits) to funders for various projects Africa, the Middle East and Europe with project costs ranging from £120m to £550m.  He has also undertaken Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

In his spare time, Michael is a keen cyclist, skier and countryside walker.
