I have been with Naismiths since 2017, providing quantity surveying services on a variety of schemes. With more than 30 years in the industry, I have a broad range of experience in both the private and public sectors in the UK and overseas.

I provide cost and value engineering advice through all stages of a project’s development. Once a scheme transitions to the construction phase I agree work in progress payments, assess variations costs and monitor the overall budget and ultimately agree the final account with the contractor. In addition to providing cost advice, I manage the entire tender process.
