Lucy Chilvers

I am a senior surveyor at Naismiths, operating within its project monitoring division in the Nottingham office and supporting Leeds. My industry experience spans more than 20 years working as a quantity surveyor for main contractors, a developer and consultants, including Mansell Construction (part of the Balfour Beatty Group), Mott MacDonald, Gateley Vinden and GF Tomlinson Building covering various sectors.  I also have fund monitoring surveying experience from my last role.

 

Enhancing my skills and knowledge, I have a law degree and a postgraduate certificate in construction project management and have worked on both JCT and NEC contracts. Outside of work, I like mountain biking, photography and walks with my dogs.
