Greg Meadwell BSc(Hons) MRICS

An experienced and hands-on building surveyor working across most building types including industrial, office, retail, leisure and residential. I have experience in dilapidations, contract administration, party walls matters, RCAs, portfolio acquisition due diligence and residential development monitoring. In October 2023 I trekked to Everest Base Camp with a small group of friends collectively raising over £30,000 for various charities. I’ve also parachuted from 15,000ft, wing-walked and fire-walked. In addition to my charitable efforts, I’m a parish councillor, school governor and a Barnado’s Independent Visitor, and in my spare time I enjoy time with my family, especially building Lego with my children.
