In 2023, I became Managing Director of Naismiths, leading the team and developing future strategies to enhance both our business and the wider industy. Prior to this I led the restructuring and advisory team and have been working in business management since qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2010.

My specific expertise lies in business acquisition, mergers and private equity investments including managing business integration post-acquisition. I am an avid fan of Gloucester Rugby and most weekends can be found at Kingsholm stadium.
