Hampton by Hilton Hotel Development

A new modern hotel located in the heart of Canterbury, offering 129 bedrooms and supplementary facilities to hotel residents and non-residents alike, including workspace, meeting facilities and food and beverage services. There are also proposals for a new roof-top restaurant, where diners will be able to enjoy unrestricted views towards the Cathedral.

Turnaround – Window Manufacturer

We were requested by an investment management company to work with a small window manufacturer company with a £3m turnover to improve their commerciality and were subsequently appointed by the Directors.

Lace Market - Residential Development

Residential development comprising 91 residential apartments with communal facilities, parking and a commercial unit for the Private Rental Sector.

Hanover House - WeWork

Naismiths provided Employer’s Agent / QS services to deliver a fast-track fit-out tailored to tenant requirements.

New Build Residential Development

200 new build residential homes including site infrastructure.

The Black Friar - Mixed Use Development

Erection of two buildings at 12 and 16 storeys, comprising 383 residential units and 889 m² of commercial space, as well as refurbishment and conversion of an existing public house.

Hotel Redevelopment

146 bedroom Hotel redevelopment scheme.

Airport Hangar Development

Development of a steel-framed airport hangar with associated office space over 3 floors with extended airport apron, landscaping and external works.

Supermarket Extension

Construction and fit-out of a 6,254 sqft extension to an existing, operational, coastal town prestigious supermarket.

SIPP Provider National Framework Agreement

The Naismiths Building Surveying team successfully secured a UK-wide framework with one of the country’s top SIPP providers, holding over 6,000 commercial properties.
