After the original developer had entered into administration and the building had been left partially complete, Naismiths were appointed to manage the completion works of this mixed-use development.The scheme successfully completed in April 2022 and was delivered under a JCT Standard Building Contract with Approximate Quantities, and demanded an active approach by the Building Consultancy team towards Contract Administration, Cost Consultancy and Project Management.
