This involved a forensic review of 12 contracts across the North West of England and the Midlands in multiple locations.This culminated in the identification of significant additional costs required to complete contracts. The original instruction was envisaged as part of re-financing arrangements. Following the review, the additional costs were identified to be outside of the available funding levels, leading to the appointment of an administrator.We were retained to finalise outstanding contracts and accounts, engaging with the liquidator to continue the close out of the accounts and agree unsecured claims, for distribution purposes.
