Peter Cumming MRICS

Originally from Northern Ireland, I moved to Bristol to study quantity surveying at the University of the West of England. Here, I developed my love for the West Country. Having worked client side, with contractors and now as a consultant at Naismiths, I have an excellent understanding of all perspectives at the negotiating table.

I currently live in Bristol with my wife and two children. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing with the kids, DIY projects, practising karate and surfing.
